Our trainer/practice lead is Soosan Philip — a qualified social worker, previous Principal Social Worker in England’s local authority , an experienced higher education lecturer in the UK for 8 years, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a qualified Practice Educator, safeguarding consultant, and professional-doctoral researcher in health & social care. Soosan is actively engaged in community research, specialising in areas including domestic abuse, youth justice, immigration struggles, and curriculum gaps.
Her background enables the delivery of training that is not simply compliant, but dynamic, reflective and evidence-informed – enabling participants to build confidence, enhance their competence and visibly demonstrate professional growth.
